Contacting ASM Support Team

The ASM Help Center allows users to submit trackable, tickets related to any issues, bugs, or inquires. For the faster response to all technical information, system issues, and product questions – please submit a ticket. 

 

How to Submit a Ticket: 

1. Sign into MD-Staff, click on Help > Help Center > Submit a Ticket

2. Select ticket option to continue 

3. Once your ticket is submitted, the Support Team will review and respond
