The ASM Help Center allows users to submit trackable, tickets related to any issues, bugs, or inquires. For the faster response to all technical information, system issues, and product questions – please submit a ticket.
How to Submit a Ticket:
- Sign into your MD-Staff instance, click Help / Help Center / Submit a Ticket.
- Click Submit a Ticket on the top right.
- Once your ticket is submitted, the Support Team will review and respond in a timely manner.

Welcome to the family! In addition, our Support Team is here to support you on your journey to expert-level product knowledge!
From the hospital/organization’s MD-App login page, click Create / Forgot Password? on the bottom right and enter your email address. You will then receive an email with detailed steps to reset your password.
In MD-App, click the profile icon and select Authorized Users.
In MD-Staff, navigate to Help / Help Center then search for ‘Aiva Cycles: Directory’. This is a great place to start for an overview and how to get started!
Aiva is your automated virtual assistant and friend! Aiva is anything that can be automated. Aiva Cycles is a feature that automatically pushes your providers through the Application, Credentialing and Committee phases, based on their appointment groups!
Ad Hoc Query is a custom report builder with a variety of different customization tools, allowing you to pull information from MD-Staff and tailor the report to your payor’s specific needs. We have plenty of different training videos, courses and articles available in our Help Center or we can setup a time to walk through it together!
ASM Support is open Monday through Friday from 5:00am to 5:00pm (Pacific). We also have staff on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for time-sensitive and urgent matters!
MD-Staff Passport™ helps save provider’s time in completing Initial Applications by pre-filling their application with data found from trusted publicly available sources, including (but not limited to) DEA, CDS, NPPES, CMS and AMA. Learn more!
