Success in the Digital Age of Quality:
A Case Study on Surviving & Thriving in MD–Stat

Is it time for a technology change for your medical staff quality program? Centura Health will discuss the lessons learned by its multi-hospital health system who made a credentialing software change in the midst of the pandemic to align their credentialing, privileging, payer enrollment, and peer review needs. This client case study will focus on phase two of Centura Health’s journey, MD-Stat implementation, where they will share tips and tricks for a successful go-live and illustrate how they leveraged the technology in MD-Stat to become more efficient, move systemized peer review processes forward, capitalize on physician engagement, and align their medical staff quality program to HRO principles. Implementation involved total revisions to 60% of the workflow, completely electronic communication with reviewers and medical staff leaders, and valuable reductions in preparations for case review, as well as how they perform OPPE and FPPE.
