The MD-Staff 2022 User Conference will continue to be an in-person event. We remain committed to fulfilling our mission to present a highly valuable conference for the benefit of our clients. The safety and health of our clients and staff are our top priority. We are closely monitoring the CDC, State of Nevada, and other health authorities with COVID-19 protocol.
With every in-person event, we will be implementing several changes to protect all attendees and our team from potential exposure to COVID-19 as best as possible. This begins with continuous monitoring of the COVID-19 situation, and adherence to health authority guidance and travel warnings.
While at the conference, we will be following these safety measures:
- Face masks to be worn at all times except when actively eating or drinking. Additional masks will be available.
- No-handshake culture. Your event badge will be scannable with your contact information for easy connecting!
- Greater distance in seating.
- Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the conference area.
ASM continues to monitor policy and procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic. The safety and well-being of our staff and attendees is our top priority. We are collaborating with state and local agencies to implement best practices aimed at managing the spread of the novel and complex virus. In the case of changes to the current protocols and cancellation of the conference, ASM/MD-Staff will refund workshop/conference registration. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a partial or full refund on lodging, transportation, or other travel fees. For more information on current regulations, please visit the state of Nevada’s site. Thank you.
