Migration and Data Conversion

ASM’s data conversion team has been converting data from numerous sources including Excel, Access, and database exports from nearly every credentialing system. The conversion team consists of programmers and database engineers with knowledge of the credentialing industry. Our two-stage process means your data is accurately migrated with minimal downtime and interruption.

Credentialing System Implementation

ASM’s implementation team consists of programmers, database engineers, and support personnel who are familiar with the credentialing industry. Our experience and familiarity with most databases and credentialing systems helps ensure a smooth transition to MD-Staff.

System Integration (REST API & HL7 Interfaces)

Most clinical applications within a hospital are disconnected, often making it difficult for the Medical Staff Office to utilize all the information that is available to them. MD-Staff offers both inbound and outbound HL7 interfaces as well as a robust API, allowing the credentialing system to send and receive data to and from other hospital systems.

Online Training

Users who prefer to use online training, ASM uses the internet and a screen-sharing service such as GotoMeeting. MD-Staff and MD-Stat users can request additional online training sessions as needed.

On-Site Training

ASM offers on-site training designed to get your staff familiarized with the many features of MD-Staff and/or MD-Stat. This training is divided into several sessions aimed at the role the users have in your organization.
