Online training

For users who prefer to use online training, ASM uses the Internet and a screen-sharing service such as GotoMeeting. To be effective we normally limit the number of attendees to ten people. The online training program is typically divided into three sessions. The first session is designed to give the users the necessary expertise in the MD-Staff software to start processing applications. Subsequent sessions are more in depth in areas such as reporting and setting up merge documents. To obtain an agenda for these training sessions, please contact our Support Department. There are numerous group training sessions already scheduled, if you wish to view the schedule or join a group training session visit the training schedule and register for the session.

Registered MD-Staff users can request additional online training sessions as needed. Since the session take place online, these sessions are free.
