Getting Setup
Since all of the major components of MD-Query are already in place, starting your own online verification system is quick and easy. After contacting us via email or by phone at (800) 736-7276, you will need to provide us with the following materials:

  • Your logo (In JPEG, GIF, TIFF, EPS, or AI format)
  • Your Signature (In JPEG, GIF, TIFF, EPS, or AI format)
  • A copy of the letter that you currently use
  • Your contact information
Then we will send you the MD-Query Client Utility, which is used to upload your data to our secure web servers. Usually, the entire setup process can be completed in as little as a week.

Accessing MD-Query
Once MD-Query is setup, all that is needed to access it is a modern web browser and an internet connection. Users can log in with their facility information and the username/password you provide them.
