Technical Support (Level I)
We are seeking a person with experience in customer support to work with our clients resolving software questions. Support is provided by telephone or by using web based software.

Desirable skills include:
  • Personable. The ability to understand client’s needs and response quickly.
  • General understanding of computer.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office which includes Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong knowledge of the Windows operating system.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
Educational requirements:
  • BA/BS in information systems, information technology or related field is desirable but not required.
This position may require some traveling (25%).

Account Executive
We are seeking a person with experience in software sale preferably in the health care industry. The ideal candidate must be able to design and implement sale campaigns and to maintain contact with a growing list of prospective clients.

Desirable skills include:
  • Multi tasking – The ability to understand and present sales materials to prospective customers for multiple products.
  • Ability to learn our custom software and demonstrate to clients.
  • Ability to conduct sale campaigns using direct mail, e-mail broadcast, telephone, and trade shows.
  • Ability to follow multiple leads and establish working relationship with clients.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt.
  • Presentable - Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Experience in corporate sales.
  • Healthcare experience is desirable.

  • Full-time or contract-to-hire considered.
Educational requirements:

This position requires some traveling (up to 50%).
.NET Developer (Entry Level)
If you are a developer and enjoy seeing your software used by health care facilities nationwide, this is a position for you. ASM is seeking a programmer to join its highly creative, energetic, and dedicated team of developers. This individual will participate in all phases of the design, development, and deployment of commercial software. Our working environment is relaxed yet productive. This position can be full time or long term contract.

We are seeking an individual with the following skills:
  • Expert knowledge of the Microsoft .NET Platform and MS SQL Server, as well as familiarity with other web-based application development systems.
  • Deep knowledge of C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server.
  • 3-5 years application support and design of business systems.
  • SQL Server 2000/2005 Database experience.
  • Local candidates only.
Educational requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in computer science or related field is required. College courses and/or Microsoft certifications may be substituted.
DELPHI Programmer
ASM is seeking a programmer with experience in DELPHI (5 and above) to maintain our legacy Windows application. The successful candidate must have experience in the design and implementation of large application using Delphi and components available for this environment.

We are seeking an individual with the following skills:
  • At least 3 years of professional software development experience using Delphi.
  • Significant programming skills including object oriented design.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn the above skills and others as needed.
  • Strong communication skills including verbal and written, report writing and presentation.
  • Must be comfortable communicating with clients and senior management.
  • Local candidates only.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
